How Roulette Works: Available number are: 1—50, for $20 each.  When all the numbers are sold, we will draw four winning numbers.  The purchasers of those four numbers must collectively decide whether to split the $500 pot evenly, at $125 a piece, or put their money back in and draw to see who wins the full $500.  Need not be present to win.  If all winners are not present the pot will be split four ways, $125 each, and the raffle concludes.
