St. Mary's Middle School ASB Offers After-School Party for Up to 20 Children

The St. Mary's Middle School ASB will host an After School Party in the school gymnasium! Your group of up to 20 kids (or an entire SMA Class) can enjoy a birthday bash or any other type of celebration, and you get to choose the theme! Spooky's Pizza, 2 Dozen Cupcakes by Melissa Foote, drinks, and games will be provided for your entertainment.

In November, St. Mary's Academy discovered that their boiler room had a significant water problem. After consulting with plumbers and leak detectors, it was discovered that their water main had a substantial breach where it entered the building. The repair costs amounted to over $31,000, unfortunately, St. Mary's insurance only covered a fraction of the repair, leaving a remainder of $23,100. They used funds from their pre-paid tuition to pay for the unbudgeted expense. As a result, they are seeking assistance to ensure they can pay their monthly expenses and payroll for the remainder of the school year. Your contribution to the 2024 Call To The Heart campaign will help St. Mary's raise the funds they need to achieve this goal.

Additionally, they hope to raise the remaining $16,000 needed for their $367,000 Campus Security Upgrades, which include perimeter fencing and additional security cameras. Any additional funds will be put towards other maintenance and repairs to the building and grounds, including an upcoming HVAC installation.

St. Mary's Academy is grateful for the generous contributions they receive each year. They ask their guests to consider donating at one of six funding levels: $1000, $750, $500, $250, $100, or $50. By donating, you can help make a difference in the life of a child and help secure the future of St. Mary's Academy.

Although Father Rene couldn't make it to tonight's event due to his busy schedule, he has extended an offer to showcase his culinary skills by hosting a Filipino dinner for a party of four. Many of us have had the pleasure of tasting his famous lumpia and we can vouch that it's definitely worth bidding on tonight.

The Pre-K students at St. Mary's Academy each selected their colors and crafted their own watercolor sheets, which were then assembled into a stunning and colorful display of flowers that showcases their unique styles and personalities.
